1. Promoter

The promoter is MOTH Drinks Ltd (company registration number: 11525411) whose registered office is at Wisteria Grange Barn, Pike's End, London, HA5 2EX (“MOTH”).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of MOTH, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the promotion.

By participating, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize they may win. MOTH may require proof of age or eligibility.

3. How to Enter

The competition opens on 25th October 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and will run from the Opening Date until 11:59pm on 31st March 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive, such period being referred to hereinafter as the “Promotional Period”.

To enter, purchase a qualifying MOTH product featuring the “Find the Golden Ticket” promotion during the Promotional Period.

Inside five (5) selected promotional packs, there will be a golden ticket (each a “Golden Ticket”). Each Golden Ticket will display a unique code.

If you find a Golden Ticket, email support@mothdrinks.com referencing your unique code and follow the instructions provided to verify your win and claim your prize.

Each Golden Ticket corresponds to one (1) prize. Once a Golden Ticket has been verified and redeemed pursuant to clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions, it cannot be reused.

MOTH will not accept responsibility for claims that are submitted to MOTH under clause 5 of these terms and conditions that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Claims received by MOTH after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. The Prize

Each eligible Golden Ticket winner (as determined by MOTH in accordance with these terms and conditions) will receive the MOTH “Dinner Party of Dreams” prize package worth £500, comprising:

• £250 Waitrose voucher
• A curated selection of MOTH Cocktails
• A designer glassware set

There are five (5) prizes in total.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative is available.
MOTH reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item or package of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Verification and Notification

To claim their prize, Golden Ticket holders must contact support@mothdrinks.com and include:

• The unique code printed on their Golden Ticket,
• Their full name, email address, and postal address.

MOTH will verify the code against its records to confirm validity and in its sole discretion shall determine whether the code submitted pursuant to this clause relates to a Golden Ticket. Once verified, MOTH will deliver the prize within 28 days, but shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery of the prize caused by means beyond MOTH’s reasonable control.

If a ticket cannot be verified or is found to be tampered with, altered, or counterfeit, the claim will be void and no prize will be awarded.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

By entering, participants agree that personal information provided during the claim process may be used by MOTH for:

• Administering the competition and prize fulfilment, and
• Marketing purposes, in accordance with the MOTH Privacy Policy available at https://mothdrinks.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Winners may be asked, but are not obliged, to participate in reasonable publicity connected to the competition.

7. Limitation of Liability

MOTH accepts no responsibility for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged Golden Tickets;
• Claims that are incomplete, illegible, delayed, or not successfully received due to technical faults; or
• Any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by MOTH’s negligence.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. General

MOTH reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, MOTH may, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participation.

MOTH’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
