Delivery location
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses or mail forwarding companies. We also do not ship to the overseas territories (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey).

Tracking your parcel
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is active.

VAT & customs
VAT is payable on all online shop orders shipped to a UK address regardless of the country where the order is placed.

Undeliverable packages
If unable to deliver your package to the provided address, it may automatically be returned to us and a refund for the cost of the goods will be processed but not for the cost of shipping. Where incorrect address details or postcode are supplied, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge to get this amended.

Packages lost or stolen
MOTH cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. Please note that if you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or a communal area.

Updating or cancelling an order
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. However, it may be possible to cancel the order, should you need to do this, please email us support@mothdrinks.com Once we begin the process of packing your order, amendments and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Age verification
By entering our website you have confirmed that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence, in accordance with our terms and conditions. An adult signature may be required when you receive your order.

Ordering a gift
All purchases arrive in our MOTH branded packaging, which is simple and sensitive to the environmental impacts while looking striking. We also include a leaflet with information about the brand and all 8 of our delicious cocktails. For gifting, we offer the option to add a free gift box with a unique MOTH design, so your order is ready to gift. Your order will be, delivered inside a brown cardboard shipping box for safety. Just choose ‘add gift box’ to your cart at checkout. You can see our gift packaging on our gifting page here
