We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be in the same condition that they were received, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase and be able to supply your order number.

We recommend using a tracked service for all returns as we can only process a refund when the goods are received.

We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, following the above process, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You will be notified once your shipment is received and inspected, and you will be informed by email if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to return the funds to your account.
