MOTH morals they make us happier and our cocktails taste better
We pride ourselves on being nice, but there’s times to be stubborn too. Because responsibility and honesty comes first, even if cocktails are a very, very close second. After all, MOTHs taste better when our people are happier. And when we’re as kind as possible to the world.

In the past couple of months we been to crazy golf with Cat reigning champion and a VR Experience which was an alcohol free event. And as soon the sun comes out we will be hitting the park for a MOTH sports day.
We’ve just launched a new bonus scheme, meaning the ways we measure success as a business are rewarded annually with the team. It’s a percentage bonus, based on the success of the whole team. The better we all do, the higher the bonus.
REAL RESPONSIBILITY
MOTH is B Corp certified. For us, this demonstrates our commitment. To reducing harm. And doing more good. We strive to be kinder. With no empty promises. Just measured action. Responsible and sustainable business practices come first.
B Corp
B Corp certification confirms our commitment to continued growth. We’re always seeking out new ways to reduce our environmental impact. To support our eclipse of MOTHs. We’d love to establish an internal B Corp maintenance group – deepening our pledge to improvement and accountability. Read More

We launched our Canifesto campaign with Longbottom, The Uncommon, Jukes and Trip to demonstrate all the can, can do to the trade. Mental Health First Aiders

Watch this area flutter with new figures every quarter.
This month we supported our north London neighbours, Goldfinger and Panella, by volunteering at their monthly People’s Kitchen – an initiative that tackles food waste & social isolation by cooking and serving a restaurant-quality meal for residents in the Notting Hill community. We cooked, we cleaned, we danced - and we met wonderful people!
Ten members of the MOTH team have now completed a 2 day Mental Health First Aider qualification, giving them better skills and more confidence to approach and support not only each other, but our friends and family.
We’re here for cocktails, company and conversation
