Signing up is easy and free to join. Simply create an account and enter your name, email, and password. If you currently have an account with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can start using your rewards immediately.

Your Flame Club tier is determined by the amount you spend in the past 12 months (rolling)

To reach:

Member, you don’t need to spend anything to be entered into our Member tier.

Mate, you must spend £100 

Devotee, you must spend £400

Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the Flame Club Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.

When you cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. This email will also include your new Flame Club rewards coupon codes for you to redeem. 

As a Mate or Devotee member your free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout – just remember to make sure you're signed in!
