CLIMATE ACTION PLAN

LITTLE CANS FOR
BIG CHANGE

The drinks industry has a huge opportunity to stir up true global impact. With a clear plan, and a lot of working together, we can meet our emission reduction goals.

We’re ready to lead the way. Planet-kind has always been our style. It’s why we use infinitely recyclable aluminium cans. When we first became a B Corp, we committed to being kinder in ways we can measure (and stick to). This Climate Action Plan sets out how we’ll play our part in helping limit global warming to 1.5 by 2050. Because cocktails shouldn’t cost the earth.

LESS CARBON

MORE COCKTAILS

We work with carbon management experts Zevero to measure and reduce our carbon emissions. And through that work, we’ve learned a lot about where our impact comes from: almost all of our emissions (99.8%) sit outside our direct operations. They come from across our supply chain and the largest share of this impact (around 59%) comes from our ingredients and packaging.

We’re calculating these with industry-average data right now. It gives us a starting point, but it doesn’t show the full picture. We’re working to improve the quality of this data so we can see exactly where change will have the greatest impact. It’s a big challenge, but understanding where our impact really lies means we can focus our efforts on the areas that matter most.

WHAT WE NEED TO SHAKE UP

We aim to reduce our ingredient and packaging emissions by teaming up with our suppliers. We’ll gather accurate emissions data and use it to build real, collaborative plans to reduce our impact.

Everyone in our ecosystem plays their part. To keep the project on track, we’ve appointed a dedicated Climate Action Plan team to oversee progress and ensure initiatives stay on course.

→ SMART TARGET

• Engage with suppliers responsible for our top 10 ingredients and packaging

• Collect verified emissions data from at least 50% of these

• Identify 1 or 2 collaborative carbon reduction opportunities within our ingredients packaging supply chain

• Support the global ambition to limit global warming to 1.5 by 2050

• Complete by end of 2028

NEXT STEPS & MONITORING:

→ REGULAR CHECK-INS

The Climate Action Plan team will hold Quarterly check-ins with key stakeholders to track implementation of key actions.

→ ANAYSIS & EVALUATION

An annual evaluation will be carried out by the Climate Action team of progress against our objective and key actions outlined above, including an annual report carried out by Zevero with transparent reporting of our supplier engagement and carbon accounting. Findings will be reviewed by the leadership team and used to update priorities, timelines, and team resources as required.

Alongside this the Climate Action Team will maintain an open, collaborative dialogue and keep the whole company by sharing updates in our biannual company wide team meeting.

→ REPORTING & PUBLIC DISCLOSURE

Transparent reporting on our key actions and progress against the Climate Action Plan will be:

  • Publicly shared in Year 3 of the Climate Action Plan (by January 2029) via updates to this webpage.
  • Updated and re-published in Year 5 (by January 2031) to demonstrate progress over time and inform next-stage climate actions.
