Timeless, uncomplicated, our Old Fashioned does what it says on the tin. The warmth of our favourite whiskey, spicy bitters, and just the right amount of sugar, all with a little help from our friends, The English Whisky Co and Bob’s Bitters. A mix as faithful as possible to the classic of old - rich, aromatic, no bells or whistles.

If you’re really old school you’ll drink it warm, but we like it over a giant cube of ice. The grandfather of cocktails in all its glory. Serve it in an old-fashioned glass - it would be wrong not to, wouldn’t it? And a squeeze of lemon will do, but nothing beats an orange twist if you’re feeling fancy. We usually are.
WHISKY 
Award-winning whisky from England’s oldest distillery in Norfolk. These folks use locally sourced water, barley and traditional techniques. And we’re big fans. BITTERS 
Artisanal, handmade bitters. Bob sure does it differently. An ex-patissier in lux restaurants, he uses his deep knowledge of culinary in all of his cocktails. Chef’s kiss.
