Sweet tooth? Check this. A fuss-free dessert in just 4 ingredients. Silky-sweet MOTH: Piña Colada soft serve. Tart pineapple. Fresh mango. Condensed coconut milk. Ready in 5 minutes.
PIÑA COLADA SOFT SERVE
SMOOTH, SILKY, SWEET
Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
For the soft serve:
→ 3 cups frozen pineapple
→ 2 cups frozen mango
→ 1 MOTH: Piña Colada
→ 100ml condensed coconut milk (dairy if you prefer)
→ Small pinch of salt
For the saucy bit
→ Glacé cherry
→ Pineapple leaf
METHOD
Step 1:

Add everything to a blender, blitz until smooth.
Step 2:

Serve straight away.

OR transfer to a piping bag or container and pop in the freezer (if serving later).
Step 3:

Show off with a glacé cherry and pineapple leaf garnish.
